YouTube, Google Ads, Analytical tool, Chatbots etc. The purpose of utilizing these tools is to increase the visibility in the market and create a strong brand presence. Company creates several contents like video clips and post them on social media to keep the clients engaged and hooked. Social media helps
company to connect with its client and inform them what new they have launched, who are their key
stakeholders and how have been enhancing their capabilities to service them better. It also serves as a

business get lost. Violation of any industry regulations may invoke legal actions, revoking of license. Too
much of media presence, might give the scope to competitors to monitor the company activities and
accordingly modify their own strategies for more gain which van create problem for the company. If a

real time basis. It can advertise its good work and create a better image and brand in the eyes of its
customers. It also helps a company to promote transparency and win customer’s trust. While social
media enhances the learning and collaboration, it also comes with great responsibility wherein company
needs to set clear guidelines and maintain a balance while posting content on social media otherwise it
may backfire and damage its reputation.
